At LumiSound, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original packaging, including all inner packaging and accessories.
The product must not be used, assembled, altered, or damaged.
Both the item and packaging must be in resalable condition when received at our facility.
If you received a replacement item and wish to return it, both the original item and the replacement must be returned. If both items are not received, we cannot issue a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this window or items that show clear signs of use will be denied.

Please note:
We do not provide prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a package is refused or returned to us as “Return to Sender,” you will be responsible for any additional return shipping fees.
When returning your item, please include:
Your full name
Email used for the order
Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Processing of returns may take 7–14 business days after your package arrives at our facility.
If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at: info@lumisoundway.com Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

These items are considered final sale.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please first complete the return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund was approved:
Check your spam or junk folder for refund notifications.
Contact your bank or card provider to confirm processing time.
If any items from your order are missing, contact us within 5 days of delivery at: info@lumisoundway.com
If your package appears tampered with, please file a claim with the shipping carrier as well.
When contacting us about missing items, include:
A photo of the packing slip
A photo showing all items received
A photo of the shipping label on the package
Reports received after 5 days from delivery cannot be verified and will not qualify for replacement or refund.
